These Website Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to valiantml.com and any public ValiantML website operated by Valiant Group LLC ("ValiantML," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms.
Business Service Agreements
These Terms govern the public website and inquiries only. A Pilot Agreement, Cloud Service Agreement, order form, statement of work, data processing agreement, or other signed agreement governs any paid pilot or customer service. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that customer service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the website for a company, you represent that you have authority to act for that company.
Website Information
ValiantML provides an email-based construction document service. Website descriptions, demonstrations, sample emails, sample findings, and sample files are illustrative. They are not a promise that every source, workflow, jurisdiction, or result is available to every customer.
ValiantML is not an architect, engineer, attorney, accountant, code official, estimator of record, or safety professional. Website content and automated output are not professional advice. Customers must review source documents and material findings before making decisions about bids, contracts, code compliance, safety, cost, labor, or schedule.
Your Submissions
If you submit an inquiry, file, email, feedback, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it, it does not violate law or another person's rights, and it does not contain malicious code or content intended to disrupt the Services.
You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to process it only as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide an authorized service, secure and support the Services, and comply with law. Customer project content is also governed by the applicable signed agreement.
Do not send confidential project documents through the public contact form. Use the customer inbox or another delivery method that ValiantML authorizes for the engagement.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- access or use the website unlawfully or to harm another person;
- attempt to bypass security, authentication, tenant, organization, or project boundaries;
- probe, scan, scrape, overload, or interfere with the website except with our written permission;
- introduce malware or deceptive content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority; or
- copy, modify, or exploit website content except as allowed by law or written permission.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or ValiantML.
Intellectual Property
The website, its design, software, text, graphics, trademarks, and other ValiantML content are owned by ValiantML or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the public website for lawful business evaluation. No other license is granted.
If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you or disclose confidential customer information without permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services. We do not control third-party websites, and their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains our use of cookies and browser storage.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
These disclaimers do not change warranties expressly stated in a signed customer agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValiantML and its suppliers will not be liable under these Terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the public website.
ValiantML's total liability arising from the public website and these Terms will not exceed US $100. A signed customer agreement may provide different limits for customer services. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing Law
Oregon law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
